This theme has been in the works for at least a year now (if not more) and will proabbly never be done because I am too picky about how it should look. The only things that this mods so far are: (Shit ton of) framework images, settings widget, music widget, clock widget, gallery widget (not really) but still manages to look fucking awesome.
Update:
ChrisSoyars has made this theme into an overlay to be used with any ROMs, and is currently providing the latest CM rom with this theme/font/settings included for Nexus1 and G2 owners at his blog.
